UN Women Call for Proposals: Civil Society Shadow Reporting on Implementation of Secretary-General’s System-wide Strategy on Gender Parity

Deadline: 14-Sep-20 UN Women’s Office of the Focal Point for Women in the UN system is looking for a Responsible Party (RP) to conduct a civil society shadow reporting on the implementation of the Secretary-General’s System-wide Strategy on Gender Parity. The Strategy identifies shadow reporting on the overall Strategy as a significant element to increase transparency and accountability and therefore encourages UN Women to work with civil society partners to undertake it.

European Commission launches EUROPE DIRECT Activities 2021-25 (Sweden)

Deadline: 15-Oct-20 The European Commission (hereinafter referred to as the European Commission), through its representation in Sweden, is launching a call for proposals to select parties that can act as EUROPA DIRECT offices during the years 2021-2025. It works continuously and proactively to reach out to people and make them feel more involved in the EU. 

The Enterline Foundation announces Covid-19 Emergency Grant 2020

Deadline: 31-Aug-20 The Enterline Foundation provides financial support to organizations that in turn provide direct services to adults and children with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The Foundation also makes contributions to other organizations that serve broad charitable purposes. The Foundation is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. 

The online Eastern Partnership Youth Conference “Youth for Environment”

Through participation in the online Eastern Partnership Youth Conference “Youth for Environment”, young people will have the possibility to discover methods, strategies and tools to cultivate environmental behaviour and knowledge, advancing environmental education and activism among peers in the Eastern Partnership. Participants from the selected countries will be equipped with tools to enable them to tackle environmental problems through quality education, advocacy, youth work in order to boost the efficient use of resources by moving to a clean, circular economy and restore biodiversity and cut pollution.

If you are between 18 and 35, and come from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, the EU member states (inkl. UK) or Russia, have working knowledge of English, and are actively involved in local, national, or international environmental work, apply to take part in the Eastern Partnership Youth Conference “Youth for Environment”. The deadline for application is August 23, 23:59 CET. 

The conference will take place in English with simultaneous translation to Russian.
